I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with both the product and the customer service that I had to share it.I purchased the Baseus USB-C 45W Charger 2-Pack (Model CCGAN45SECS) and have been thoroughly impressed with the performance, build quality, and compact design. These chargers are sleek, efficient, and deliver fast charging exactly as promised. I’ve used them with my phone, tablet, and even a lightweight laptop, and they perform flawlessly every time. The power delivery is consistent, and the chargers stay cool even with prolonged use—definitely a sign of quality engineering.However, shortly after I started using them, one of the chargers developed a minor issue. It stopped charging reliably, which was disappointing at first. But this is where Baseus really won me over. I contacted their customer support via email, and within 24 hours, I received a kind and professional response from Viola, a customer service representative. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking me through a few quick troubleshooting steps before promptly arranging a free replacement without any hassle. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and it genuinely felt like she cared about resolving the issue.The replacement charger arrived quickly and works perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only offers great quality products but also stands firmly behind them with excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I will absolutely buy from Baseus again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and well-designed USB-C chargers.Five stars all the way

Just received my product, plugged it in and I love it already! I plugged my phone in and it INSTANTLY charged up by 2% in the first minute of using it. Just while writing this review it's already charged my phone 6% in just 4 minutes. Excellent charger, 10/10 will buy again! Definitely worth it for the price 😄

Need more charging power in a small package, but don't want a huge charger? These chargers provide lots of charging power (enough to rapidly charge an M4 iPad Pro quickly) in a small and packable package. Nice to have the prongs fold. Great product for lower than competition price. I've been using them a few months now and am completely happy.

Nice quality, as good as, or better than the equivalent Anker we got from Costco and I'm a huge Anker Soundcore fan. The cables are average but for about $21 I'm very happy and would buy baseus products again.

This charger and brand has been very good. I owned a previous charger which is 65w 2 PD Ports and one USB port. So far it’s been two years and the charger has been going strong.This charger I know will be just as great. Packaging is superb. Upon opening I have two charging bricks and also two USB C charging cables to complement.Tested both chargers with charging various Devices Samsung A Series phones, iPhone 13 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Flip 6, AirPods Pro Max with USBC, iPad Pro, Apple Watch. I even tested a multi charger for my night stand that simultaneously charges three items at the same time which are my daily devices. No hangs or dips in delivering power to devices.The charger however doesn’t get too hot but warm, which was surprisingly good even with the use of a multi charger.My only issue is for a traveling charger I think that the charger prongs should swivel open and close to secure the prongs safety from bending while in storage to be moved around. This would serve as an ergonomic stand point and would save the product from daily ware of being back and forth.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly option. If you’re traveling a lot and don’t mind the prongs being exposed then this is the charger for you. If you like a travel charger with the prongs that swivel into position for use and also swivel into the charger to secure the prongs for storage and also travel.It would be four (4) stars for me as it’s not a swivel but other than that so far it’s been great. Durability will be determined in time and I will be giving an updated review at a later date.
